Shipping policy

All packages are processed for shipping within 2-3 business days of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Delivery delays are not the responsibility of Coastal Cowboy once shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking information.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.

Coastal Cowboy is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

Coastal Cowboy currently ships to the United States only. We hope to open up our shipping to International addresses soon.

For items that are made-to-order, flat rate US shipping is $8.49.

For items not made-to-order, shipping rates are as follows:

0-$49.99 is $6 shipping
$50 - $119.99 is $12 shipping
